Rainfall regime changes and trends in Botswana Kalahari Transect’s late summer precipitation. The Kalahari Transect extends from Angola and Zambia south into South Africa. It is characterized by uniform sandy soils, heterogeneous vegetation, and a strong rainfall gradient.
